As well as a successful producing theatre company, Artistic Director Andrew Pearson has created a parallel company offering bespoke training and facilitation services for corporations, organisations and individuals.

In spring 2007 Andrew was asked to take part in a series of workshops for '50 Young Global Leaders' at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. He approached the project using the same philosophy he practises in the rehearsal room; to get the group working together, as one unit, an ensemble, not as a selection of individuals.

This idea of unity and shared responsibility underpins the work of Ensemble52 and produces dynamic results, both on stage and in business. Drawing on many different disciplines from Stage Combat to Voice Production to the study of Body Language, workshops and individual tutoring gives the participants the confidence and focus to approach any situation effectively and participate more positively within a group.

Ensemble 52’s portfolio of clients includes The World Economic Forum, Lloyds Bank, The City of London Police (Anti-Terrorist, Fraud and Informant Handler Training, as well as Diversity Awareness sessions) Defence Research Agency, Humberside Fire and Rescue, Hull PCT as well as many other businesses and individuals.

These organisations had their projects tailor made to meet their requirements. Active participation is now an essential part of recruitment and training, but if a programme is not professionally created and executed it can be more of a hinderance than help, and can waste a lot of time and money. All the team working within Ensemble52 are highly trained and have many years of experience in confidence coaching, presentation skills, role-playing, forum-theatre and a host of other skills that can be brought to bear to enhance the future of any business.
